For a plastics manufacturer, sustainability is not a slogan but a set of measurable practices. We take concrete steps in three areas.
Recovering Production Waste
Flash and rejected parts from the injection process are ground and reprocessed inside the facility. Production waste returns to raw material without ever leaving the site; the loop lowers both resource use and cost.
Long Life, Less Waste
The most direct way to reduce a product's environmental impact is to make it usable for longer. That is one of the reasons behind our choice of UV-stabilised material and thicker body sections: a chair used for ten years means far less plastic in total than one replaced every three.
Saving Volume in Shipping
We design our models to stack. Fitting more units into the same truck directly reduces fuel and carbon emissions per product shipped, which is why we account for truck and container quantities during production.
Reducing Packaging
We ship stacked and with as little packaging as possible. Avoiding unnecessary cartons and filler reduces both waste and transport volume.
