Plastic has become an indispensable part of industrial production. Light, durable and easy to shape, it lets manufacturers build products that would be impractical in wood or metal — and do it repeatably, thousands of times over.
Why Injection Moulding
Injection moulding forms a product in a single piece. There are no joints, screws or welds, so there is nothing to work loose over years of use. That is the main reason a moulded garden chair keeps its shape while a jointed one starts to rattle.
Consistency at Scale
Once a mould is made, every unit that comes out of it is identical. For a buyer ordering the same model again three years later, that consistency is worth as much as the price.
Weight and Logistics
A lighter product costs less to ship. When models are designed to stack, more units fit in the same truck, which lowers both freight cost and emissions per product. We take truck and container quantities into account while a model is still being designed.
